The Three by APK Hotel

The rooms at The Three by APK Hotel run from superior rooms to a family room sleeping up to nine guests, with a choice of bed set-ups in some of them. Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall, is close by, and the Patong Boxing Stadium is where Muay Thai fights are held.

Further afield, the island has some of its best-known sights. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples and lies 6.7 km away. Big Buddha Phuket is a large white seated statue on a hilltop, and Phuket FantaSea is a cultural theme park with evening shows. Kalim Beach is 1.6 km away, and Phuket International Airport is 23.7 km from the hotel.

For a full day, start on Patong Beach, visit Wat Chalong in the afternoon and finish with a show at Phuket FantaSea. Phuket is joined to the mainland by a bridge, so the drive from the airport needs no boat. Street-food stalls and massage shops line the beach road in the evening, a good end to the day. Patong's shops and restaurants keep the streets busy after dark, so the evening is easy to plan around the hotel.
