The whole home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a city view, and room for up to nine guests, with a choice of bed set-ups for the group.

Hat Yai Railway Station is 1.5 km away, a useful link for travellers arriving by train, and Hat Yai International Airport is 12.5 km away. The Magic Eye 3D Museum and the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai are also nearby, and the property is reached by road from the airport and the stations.

A simple day could start at Hat Yai Municipal Park, 2.3 km away, a green space in the city, then continue to the Magic Eye 3D Museum, known for its 3D painted scenes. In the evening, the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai is a good place for street food and shopping, and Kim Yong Market is close for everyday purchases.
