The Shore Samui

The rooms at The Shore Samui vary, measuring between 20 and 25 m² and sleeping up to three guests, with one room sleeping up to two guests. Several rooms have a sea or ocean view, and one looks out over the street, so the view depends on the room you choose.

Rooms can have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, satellite and cable channels, a desk, an in-room safe box, and a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer. Towels, linens and an electric kettle come with some rooms, and a few of the rooms also have a sofa and free bottled water.

Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms and the public areas, and free parking is available on site, with valet parking also offered. The front desk is open 24 hours, and luggage storage is offered as well, so bags can be kept at the property.

The Shore Samui sits in Bo Phut, a fishing district on Koh Samui, with a private beach about 30 m away. Samui Airport is the closest airport to the inn, so the island is easy to reach by air, and several well-known sights are within a short drive of Bo Phut.

Fisherman's Village, 2.2 km away, is a restored fishing harbour with a walking street of shops and restaurants, and the Big Buddha temple, 1.8 km away, is one of the island's best-known sights. Wat Plai Laem, with its large Guanyin statue on the coast, and the Samui Elephant Sanctuary Bophut are also nearby, while the Bophut Food Market offers stalls for a casual meal.

A good day could combine a morning on the inn's beach with a visit to the Big Buddha and an evening walk around Fisherman's Village, followed by a meal at the Bophut Food Market. The Samui Crocodile Farm is also nearby, and the Na Muang Waterfall, 11.6 km away, makes a fuller day trip across the island for guests who have a full day to spare. Because the airport and these sights are all on Koh Samui itself, the inn works as a base for exploring the island.
