The Senses Pool Villas

The rooms at The Senses Pool Villas run from 42 m² deluxe rooms to 220 m² villas with two bedrooms. Several villas have a sea view, one deluxe room looks onto the ocean, and one pool villa has a city view. Some rooms have an in-room tablet, and several have a telephone.

Capacity runs from three guests in the 42 m², 47 m² and 110 m² rooms to ten guests in the 220 m² villas. The pool villas include bathrobes, hair dryers and a bathtub, and wireless internet access is available in several rooms, while the two deluxe rooms have a shower and are non-smoking.

Facilities at The Senses Pool Villas include an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool and a children's swimming pool. The spa offers massage, alongside a sauna, a steamroom and a fitness centre, and the game room has billiards. There is also an on-site golf course.

Meals are served at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, with room service, a coffee shop and a poolside bar. For families there is a kids club, a babysitting service and a family room, and the hotel has a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, luggage storage and a laundry service.

The Senses Pool Villas stands on Nanai Road in Patong, one of the best-known beach towns on Phuket. The streets mix hotels with street stalls and the Banzaan Fresh Market, which runs a night market, and the area is at its liveliest after dark. Patong has a sandy beach, so the day can start on the sand and the evening can end in the streets.

Patong Beach is 1.3 km away and Bangla Road is 1.1 km, the best-known street of the town's nightlife. Big Buddha Phuket, the large Buddha statue on a hilltop with views across the island, is 6.7 km away. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 5.7 km away, and Karon Beach and Kata Beach are other sandy stretches on the island, reached by road.

A good day could start on Patong Beach, continue with Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the afternoon, and end at the Banzaan night market and on Bangla Road after dark. Phuket International Airport is 24.9 km away, and the hotel offers car hire and a shuttle service, so a car or a shuttle is a practical way to reach the rest of the island. Tours can also be arranged.
