The Sea @ Lanta Hotel

The rooms at The Sea @ Lanta Hotel include deluxe rooms with a sea view, a quadruple room with two king beds for up to four guests and a deluxe double room with a balcony and a sea view. Two of the deluxe rooms measure 60 m².

The area has a quiet, lived-in feel, with small beach villages, dive shops around Ba Kantiang Bay and simple guesthouses along the roads. The sea is close at hand, and the pace in the village is quiet.

The beach at Khlong Hin is 250 m away, a short stretch of sand near the village. Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a limestone cave on the island, is 3.1 km from the hotel, and Lanta Old Town, the island's old town, is 4.3 km away. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, which covers forest and coastline across much of the island, is 5.5 km away and a good place for walks.

A good day could start with a swim at Khlong Hin, continue with a visit to the cave and the old town, and end with a walk in the national park. In the monsoon season the sea can be rough and some boats may not run. After a day out, the shared lounge at the hotel, with comfortable seating and a large-screen TV, is a quiet place to relax.
