The Rooms Cafetel

Both rooms at The Rooms Cafetel have air conditioning and a private entrance, and each has a private bathroom. Room sizes run from 16 to 28 m², and occupancy runs from two to seven guests, so the choice covers couples and larger family groups.

A family room of 28 m² has two king beds, two single beds and a sofa bed, and a 16 m² room has one king bed. Both bathrooms come with a shower, a hair dryer and slippers, and both rooms have a dining table.

Guests can spend time in the games room, where there is a dart board, or in the shared lounge and TV area, which has a large-screen television. A shared kitchen and a kitchenette are available, and coffee and tea can be had in the restaurant.

Free parking on site and bicycle parking are available, so guests can keep a bicycle as well as a car at the property. The property also has luggage storage, private check-in and check-out, daily housekeeping and 24-hour security.

The community here is predominantly Muslim and Malay-influenced, and the streets around the property have the calm, lived-in feel of a working city rather than a resort town. Most of the sights below are close enough to explore without a long journey.

The Pattani City Pillar Shrine lies about 750 m from the property, and the Public Night Market is just as close, so an evening visit to the market is easy. Wat Tani Narasamoson, a Buddhist pagoda, is around 850 m away, while the Pattani Central Mosque is about 1.1 km off. Travellers arriving by air usually fly into Hat Yai International Airport in neighbouring Songkhla province, and the rest of the journey is by road. Guests who drive can use the free parking on site.

A good day here can start at the pillar shrine and the mosques, continue to the night market in the evening, and end with a game of darts at the property. The night market is the easiest place to sample local food, and it is a short way from the guesthouse rooms to the market stalls.
