The hotel offers rooms with king beds, double beds or single beds, from 22 m² rooms to 60 m² suites. Rooms can have air conditioning, a desk, a window, towels and a shower, and several include a private bathroom with a bathtub or a walk-in shower.

Two of the rooms sleep up to five guests, and the 60 m² suite has a city view and a bathtub. Some rooms also have an electric kettle and a hair dryer.

The hotel stands on Soi Sukhumvit 31, a side street off Sukhumvit Road in the Khlong Toei Nuea area of Watthana district, in central Bangkok. The stretch of Sukhumvit around it mixes hotels and apartment blocks with street-food stalls, massage shops and office buildings. It is a busy part of the city, and the rail lines and the business district are close by.

Sukhumvit MRT station, 550 m from the hotel, and Asok BTS station, 650 m away, connect to the Blue Line and the Sukhumvit Line, which reach much of central Bangkok. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with an aquarium, is 3.6 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk set in traditional houses, is a little further on. Benchasiri Park offers a green space nearby, and the Siam Society is a museum close to the hotel.

For a day out, Chatuchak Weekend Market, 7.1 km away, is one of Bangkok's largest markets, with thousands of stalls at weekends. The Grand Palace, 8.2 km away, is the royal complex that houses the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, sits on the far bank of the Chao Phraya river. Combining the palace and the riverside temples makes a full day in old Bangkok, and the river is a good choice for a late afternoon walk.
