Every room has a private bathroom, and sizes range from 30 to 60 m². The layouts include twin rooms, a deluxe king room, a triple room with a queen bed and a single bed, and suites with a king or queen bed.

Several rooms have a city view, and a number of them include a bathtub, an electric kettle and a hair dryer. The suites, at 60 m², can host up to three guests, while the twin and king rooms are set up for two guests. The bathrooms have showers, several rooms also have a bathtub, and bathrobes are provided in the king room and in the suites.

Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and sauna, a salon, a garden and a terrace. For food and drink there is a restaurant, a coffee shop, a snack bar, a bar and a poolside bar, along with room service and vending machines.

The hotel is wheelchair accessible, and pets are allowed. In some of the rooms, free wired internet and satellite or cable channels are offered, and the hotel also has a garden and a terrace.

The hotel is on Chok Chai 4 Road in the Lat Phrao district of Bangkok, in the Ratchada area, a part of the city where residential streets sit beside busier roads and local temples. It is a base for exploring the capital rather than a beach stay, and the sights below are reached mostly by road or by metro.

Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, is 5.5 km from the hotel, and Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre in the Siam area, is 10.3 km away. The Grand Palace, beside the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in the old city, is 13.6 km away. Wat Lad Phrao, a pagoda close by, and the Phawana and Chok Chai 4 MRT stations are the nearest sights and transport links, and both MRT stations give access to the rest of the city by rail.

A full day could begin at the Chatuchak market and continue at Jim Thompson House, the teak-built museum of Thai silk and art, before a visit to the Grand Palace and to Wat Arun, the temple on the bank of the Chao Phraya river. The Chatuchak market is at its busiest on weekends, when the stalls are open across the whole site and the crowds are at their largest.
