The One Cozy Vacation Residence

The rooms at The One Cozy Vacation Residence come in 90 m² rooms and suites and in 45 m² rooms, and several of them have a pool view. Rooms can have air conditioning, a sofa, an in-room safe box, a microwave and a balcony or terrace, and some offer a choice of bed set-ups.

The 90 m² rooms sleep up to five guests, and the 45 m² rooms sleep up to three. Several rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and a hair dryer, and the hotel's rooms come with towels and linens. The Deluxe Suite with Pool View has two bathrooms.

Chalong is a district in the south of Phuket island, a quieter area than the beach resorts of Patong and Karon, and a convenient place to explore the island's temples and coastline by road. The hotel is set back from the busier beaches, so getting around usually means a taxi, a songthaew or a rented scooter. The Phuket Golf Courses are also just 100 m from the hotel.

Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 1.3 km away, and the Big Buddha on its hilltop is 4.6 km from the hotel. Karon Beach is 5.5 km away, and Patong Beach, the island's best-known beach resort, is 6.5 km away. Chalong Pier, where boats leave for trips to the islands, and the Phuket Botanic Garden, a large garden, are both close by. The Bird Park and Siladon Spa are also within a few hundred metres.

A good day out could start at the temple and the Big Buddha in the morning, then continue to Karon or Kata beaches in the afternoon. Chalong is also known for its Muay Thai gyms, several of which are within a few hundred metres of the hotel, so a training session fits easily into a day of sightseeing.
