The Nhorm Hotel

Every room at The Nhorm Hotel has a private bathroom with a hair dryer. Rooms of 25 m² sleep two or three guests, and the 35 m² family rooms sleep six or eight, so larger groups can stay together.

Several of the rooms have a city view, and rooms can have a balcony, air conditioning, a refrigerator and an in-room safe box, while every bathroom has either a walk-in or a roll-in shower.

The hotel stands on Ratchadaphisek Road in the Dindaeng district of Bangkok, a long and busy road lined with shopping centres, cinemas, night markets and food stalls. The area has a lively evening scene, and local streets, markets and residential neighbourhoods are close by, so it is more about everyday city life than about temples and sightseeing.

The Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station is 550 m from the hotel and Huai Khwang MRT station is 800 m away, so the metro is a practical way to reach the rest of the city. Chatuchak Weekend Market, 4 km away, is one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets, and the Grand Palace, 8.9 km away, is the royal palace complex on the Chao Phraya river. Huai Khwang has its own market and local street life around its metro station, with food stalls and small shops along the side streets.

Closer to the hotel, Jodd Fairs Ratchada and the Train Night Market Ratchada are night markets in the same area. A weekend plan could be a morning at Chatuchak and an evening at one of the night markets near the hotel. Don Mueang International Airport, 16.2 km away, is the nearer of Bangkok's two main airports, while Suvarnabhumi is further out.
