The New Villa

All the rooms have air conditioning. They include a double room with a mountain view, a superior double room with a garden view and a balcony or terrace, and a superior twin room with two single beds.

The 42 m² bungalow has a kitchenette, a balcony or terrace and a garden view. The quadruple room with a garden view has a kitchenette and sleeps up to five guests. A standard twin room with a garden view and a seating area sleeps up to three. A kitchenette means guests can prepare their own meals in the bungalow and in the quadruple room.

Free parking is available, and free WiFi is available in all rooms. A 24-hour front desk and a restaurant are on site, and the hotel has a spa and sauna alongside a garden with a terrace.

Guests can use the spa and sauna, relax in the garden and book tours, and ironing and laundry services are offered too. Air conditioning and heating are available in the public areas, and the restaurant is one of the on-site facilities.

Non-smoking rooms are available, and English and Thai are spoken at the property. The hotel also offers a family room, and the garden and terrace give guests space to sit outdoors, with the spa and sauna close by.

The New Villa is in the Bouphut area of Koh Samui, and Chaweng Noi Beach is 300 m away. It is a quieter stretch of sand than the busier Chaweng strip, and the island's larger beaches can be reached by road. Fisherman's Village, the old fishing quarter of Bouphut, is also nearby.

Samui Airport, 4.2 km away, is on the island itself, so flights land close to the hotel. Lamai Beach, 4.4 km away, is a longer sandy beach with its own fresh food market. The Big Buddha, 6.6 km away, is a large seated statue on a hill above the sea, and Wat Plai Laem, a temple with a large Guan Yin statue set by a lake, is another stop for a day trip. Na Muang Waterfall, 8.4 km away, sits in the hills and makes a good change from the coast.

A good day starts on Chaweng Noi Beach, then moves on to Lamai for a longer stretch of sand, with the Big Buddha and Fisherman's Village visited in the afternoon. Koh Samui has its own airport, so the island is easy to reach by air, and the hotel makes a practical base for both the beaches and the inland sights.
