All the rooms have air conditioning and a private entrance, and hair dryers and toiletries are provided in every room. The Apartment measures 40 m² and sleeps up to nine guests. The Two-Bedroom Townhouse and the Two-Bedroom House each measure 280 m² and sleep up to 14.

The beds come in a choice of set-ups, combining single, queen, double and sofa beds depending on the room. The Apartment has a full kitchen, a desk and ironing facilities, and free instant coffee is provided there. The two two-bedroom rooms have a dining table, a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, and each of them has a private entrance.

Air conditioning runs in the public areas as well as in the rooms, and the property has a terrace open to guests. The terrace is a place to sit outdoors after a day spent in the market streets nearby.

On-site parking is available, and internet services and a TV are also offered. English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai are spoken at the property, which is useful for guests from different countries.

Family rooms are offered, and rooms can include a washing machine, ironing facilities and linens. Kitchen facilities are part of the property, and the Apartment has a full kitchen of its own.

The INDIGO is in the Hat Yai Market Area, a busy district of markets, street food stalls, shops and temples in Hat Yai, a city in Songkhla province not far from the Malaysian border. It is a district for walking, eating and browsing, with market traders and food stalls along many of its streets. Between the markets and the shopping malls there are also cafes and Thai restaurants where you can stop for a drink.

Kim Yong Market is 600 m away, a traditional market with fresh produce and local snacks. Hat Yai Railway Station is 950 m away, and the Magic Eye 3D Museum, a gallery of optical-illusion artworks, is 1.8 km away. The Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai draws evening crowds for food and shopping, and Hat Yai International Airport is 12 km away. Our Lady of Lourdes Church stands close by, and Chue Chang Temple, a pagoda-style temple, is a short walk from the hotel.

A good day could start at the morning markets, continue at Wat Hat Yai Nai, a temple, and end in Hat Yai Municipal Park, 2.4 km away, a green space for a rest. The markets and the temples are all in the same part of the city, so the day can be planned around the hotel's neighbourhood.
