The Homeplace

The Homeplace offers a single 75 m² home with two bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping up to six guests. Sleeping arrangements come as a choice of bed set-ups for up to six guests.

The home is equipped with air conditioning, a full kitchen, a TV with satellite and cable channels, a hair dryer, toiletries, a closet and ironing facilities. Its 75 m² floor area is laid out over two bedrooms, so it works as a self-contained base for a few days on Koh Samui.

Free parking is available at the property, and a full kitchen lets you prepare your own meals. Internet access is available, and the home is fitted with air conditioning, cable channels, a TV, a hair dryer, toiletries and an iron.

Check-in starts at 13:00 and check-out is until 11:00, and children are welcome at the property, with a baby cot available on request, subject to availability.

The Homeplace sits in Chaweng Noi on Koh Samui, a bay area in the Gulf of Thailand next to the better-known Chaweng strip. Chaweng Noi Beach is 350 m away, and the Lad Koh View Point is 100 m from the property, so the sea and the viewpoint are both close by.

Lamai Beach, a long stretch of sand 3.1 km away, is one of the island's main beaches. Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha statue 7.9 km away, and Fisherman's Village in Bo Phut, popular for an evening stroll, are both reached by road. Samui Airport is 5.5 km away, and a car or scooter helps when you want to reach the temples and beaches further along the island.

Chaweng Noi Beach is the closest sand to the property, so it is the natural choice for a morning walk before setting out. A day out could start with a swim there, followed by a trip to the Big Buddha temple and an evening stroll through Fisherman's Village. The viewpoints near the property make an easy first stop on the way, and the Na Muang Waterfall, set inland, makes a good half-day outing by car or scooter from the property.
