The Entire House! Homey Home at Hat Yai

The whole house is 960 m² and sleeps up to 25 guests. A choice of bed set-ups is available, and the house has a private entrance and air conditioning. The house is rented as a whole, so guests have all of it to themselves.

Linens, toiletries, a hair dryer and satellite and cable TV come with the house, and a coffee and tea maker is provided, with complimentary tea and instant coffee. Internet access is available.

The house has a kitchen with dishes and dining utensils, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave and cookware, plus a BBQ grill. A coffee or tea maker is provided, and kitchen basics such as oils and condiments are available.

A washer and an iron are available, along with a closet, a desk and workspace, and a balcony or terrace. Keyless access is provided, and a private entrance leads into the house. Cable channels and a TV are included, and a hair dryer and toiletries are provided.

Free parking is available on site, and internet access is available. Pets are allowed, and air conditioning is provided throughout the house, so every part of the house has it.

Hat Yai is the largest city in southern Thailand, a busy commercial hub in Songkhla province close to the Malaysian border, with a mix of Thai, Chinese and Malay influences in its food and streets. The house is on Rajyindee Road, with a convenience store nearby and small shops along the way, so everyday errands are easy to handle without leaving the area.

The city's sights are spread around the area rather than gathered in one old town. Wat Hat Yai Nai, 3.4 km away, is a temple in the city known for its large reclining Buddha statue, and the Magic Eye 3D Museum is a different kind of stop, with optical illusion displays. Kim Yong Market and Santisuk Market are two of the markets nearby, and Hat Yai Municipal Park offers green space in the city. The railway station is 2.1 km away, and Hat Yai International Airport is 13.1 km away, so arrivals by train or air are both practical.

For a day out, Namtok Ton Nga Chang is a waterfall 28.4 km from the house, a fuller trip out of the city. In the evening, the Chuechang food court and the Asean Night Bazaar are the easiest places to eat and browse, with the bazaar a short distance from the house.
