The Embassy Sathorn

Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets, is a longer journey away.

A full day could start with the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), which sit 5.8 km away in the old city, then head to the riverside at Asiatique - The Riverfront, a night market and shopping complex on the Chao Phraya. The route can end with a boat ride back along the river.
