The whole apartment is let as one home: 80 m² across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for up to four guests. The equipment includes air conditioning, a kitchen with an electric kettle, a washer and a whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom.

The apartment also has a balcony or terrace, a private bathroom with a shower and free Wi-Fi, and there is a choice of bed set-ups for the bedrooms.

The apartment is on Soi Saeng Ngoen in Sukhumvit, the long road that runs east from central Bangkok through some of the city's best-known districts. The Thong Lor area around it is one of the more fashionable neighbourhoods in the city, and its side streets hold cafes, boutique shops and bars with a lively evening feel. Most of the sightseeing is reached by Skytrain or taxi, and the Skytrain stations along Sukhumvit are useful for reaching different parts of the city.

Phrom Phong BTS Station is 1.7 km away, and the Skytrain runs from there to Siam, Bangkok's main shopping district, where Siam Paragon is one of the largest malls. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, a huge weekend market for clothes, crafts and street food, is 7.6 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a traditional Thai house with a museum of Thai silk, is one of the sights in the wider central area.

A full day could start at the Grand Palace, 9.9 km away, continue to Wat Arun on the Thonburi bank of the Chao Phraya River, and end on Khaosan Road in the evening. For flights, Suvarnabhumi Airport is 19 km away, which is the main international gateway for the city.
