The holiday home offers a one-bedroom unit of 45 m² with air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen, sleeping up to three guests. The bedding is offered as a choice of bed set-ups, and the unit has one bathroom.

Guests can cook in the full kitchen, use the private entrance and keep the room cool with air conditioning. The holiday home also has an infinity pool, a gym and a hot tub.

Patong is Phuket's busiest beach resort, a lively town built around a long sandy bay, with bars, restaurants and night markets close to the sand. The streets near the beach hold street-food stalls and massage shops, and the town stays busy well into the evening. It suits guests who want the beach, the nightlife and plenty of shops within a short walk, rather than a quiet village away from the action.

The property is 550 m from Patong Beach, and Bangla Road, the street of bars and clubs, is 1.2 km away. Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall with shops and restaurants, is in the same area, and Kalim Beach is a quieter stretch of sand just beyond the town centre. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is Phuket's most revered Buddhist temple and lies 7.3 km away, while Big Buddha Phuket, a large white statue on a hilltop, is 8.5 km away.

Phuket International Airport is 23.1 km from the property, and the route from the airport is by road. Kata and Karon beaches lie further along the coast and make a change of scene for an afternoon. A good half day out is a visit to Wat Chalong followed by the Big Buddha, then an evening back on Patong Beach.
