Ao Nang is a coastal area of Krabi on the Andaman side of southern Thailand, known for its beaches, limestone cliffs and longtail boats. The Country Villa is in the Ao Nang area, about 4.2 km from Ao Nang Beach, so the sand is a short trip away while the villa keeps its private pool and hot tub. Chong Pli, a village 1.3 km away, is one of the local neighbourhoods nearby, so the surroundings are residential as well as touristic.
Railay, a peninsula of beaches and limestone cliffs, lies 5.7 km away and is reached by longtail boat from Ao Nang. The Krabi Weekend Night Market, 8.4 km away, is a busy market, and Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 11.4 km away, is a hillside temple with a long climb of stairs.
