Most of the beach, bars and shops in town are within a few hundred metres of the hotel, so the day can be spent between them on foot.

Patong Beach is 500 m away, and Bangla Road, the island's best-known nightlife street, is 400 m from the hotel. Jungceylon Shopping Center, 350 m away, is a large mall with shops, restaurants and entertainment, and the night market, a short walk away, fills with evening food and goods stalls. Further afield, Big Buddha Phuket is 7.7 km away, a large hilltop Buddha statue with views over the island. Wat Chalong, the best-known temple on Phuket, lies further away in Chalong.

A typical day might start on Patong Beach, continue along Bangla Road in the evening and end at the night market. Evenings are best spent on Bangla Road, where the bars and clubs keep the street busy. For a different day, Big Buddha and Wat Chalong make a trip out of town, while Kalim Beach, next to Patong, offers a quieter stretch of sand.
