The Blue House Lipa Noi

The Blue House Lipa Noi is a single house of 81 m², with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and room for up to six guests. A spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen make up the main living space, and the house has a choice of bed set-ups.

Outside, the garden, the terrace and the outdoor swimming pool give extra space, with an outdoor dining area and a hot tub. Air conditioning and a whirlpool bathtub complete the equipment of the house.

The house has a hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a dryer and an iron, and toiletries are provided. A desk and workspace, a TV, a fan, air conditioning and a closet complete the equipment.

Free parking is on site, and pets are allowed. Guests can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and use the dining area for meals together, with the outdoor dining area available in the open air.

English, Czech, Russian and Thai are spoken on the property.

Lipa Noi is a village setting on Koh Samui, with a different pace from the busy beach resorts elsewhere on the island. Nathon, the island's main town and ferry port, is close by for boats and everyday needs. A holiday home with its own garden, pool and kitchen suits a group that prefers to spend time at home between outings.

The attractions around the house are close. Samui Monkey Center, a monkey centre, is 300 m away, and Wat Samuthra Ram, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is 800 m away. The Coconut Museum is 1.8 km away, and Na Muang Waterfall, 6.7 km away, is a good choice for a day out. For a longer beach day, Maenam Beach and Lamai Beach are further afield, both reached by road. A car or scooter makes the beaches and waterfalls easy to reach, and free private parking is on site.

A good day out could begin at Lipa Noi Beach, a 14-minute walk from the house, and continue to Nathon Pier, where the ferry terminals are, before a drive to Na Muang Waterfall in the afternoon. Back at the house, the hot tub and the outdoor dining area are there for an evening at home.
