The Mongkhon Thepharam Temple is 200 m from the property, and Hat Yai Railway Station is 1.3 km away. Hat Yai International Airport is 12.4 km away, so the city is well connected by road for travellers arriving from other parts of the country.

A good day could start in Hat Yai Municipal Park, a green space for a morning walk, and end at the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai, a night market about 2 km away. Since the markets, temples and the park are all within a few kilometres of each other, a day of sightseeing can be planned around them without a long journey.
