The sights are close enough together to see in a day, and the old shophouse streets are a good place to start.

Phuket Old Town, 2.2 km away, has Sino-Portuguese streets and shophouses, and the Baan Chinpracha museum, housed in a historic mansion, is 1.8 km from the property. The Peranakan Museum and the Aquaria Phuket aquarium are also in the same part of town. Khao Rang hill rises above the town, with a viewpoint over the rooftops and Wat Khao Rang on the slope.

The beaches are further away: Patong Beach is 9 km off and Phuket International Airport is 24.6 km away, so a car or taxi is the easiest way to reach them. A good day could start at the Khao Rang viewpoint, then walk through the Old Town, which is easy to explore on foot once you are there, and visit the Chillva Market 2 seafood market before heading out towards Patong.
