The Ava Resort

The Ava Resort's sea-view room has a King bed, measures 15 m², and sleeps up to two guests. It comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower, plus bathrobes, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The Ava Resort is on Sairee Road in the Taa Then Bay area, the part of the island around Sairee, known for its beach and its diving schools. The setting suits a stay built around the sea, whether you want to swim, snorkel or dive.

Sairee Beach is 500 m away, and it is the main beach to walk to from the resort. Koh Nang Yuan, a small islet off the coast, is 1.4 km away and has a well-known viewpoint. Top Point, a viewpoint on the island near Sairee, is 750 m away, and Mango Bay, a bay with a beach on the island's coast, is 1.9 km away.

A day could start with a swim at Sairee Beach, continue with a dive from one of the centres nearby, such as Coral Grand Divers, about 800 m away, and end with a walk to the viewpoint on Top Point. Boats are the way to reach the islets and bays further along the coast, so the sea shapes most of the plans on the island. Sairee Beach is the closest beach to the resort, so it is the natural place to start.
