The Arni Sukhumvit 101

Every studio at The Arni Sukhumvit 101 measures 25 m², and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Studios take up to two or three guests, and the apartment is smoke-free indoors, so every room is non-smoking.

Air conditioning and blackout curtains are available in some studios, while others have a sofa, a dining table, a microwave or a refrigerator. Some bathrooms have a shower, toiletries and towels, and some studios have a separate shower and bathtub.

The apartment has a lift and 24-hour security, and luggage can be stored at the front desk. English and Thai are spoken, and free parking is available on site for guests arriving by car, with on-site parking also offered.

Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, and Wi-Fi is also available in the public areas. Internet access is provided, and the rooms have flat-screen TVs, with the Wi-Fi connection available in every studio, and the apartment building has a lift. Some studios have satellite or cable channels and a telephone.

Housekeeping is available for stays of four nights or more, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment, which covers the rooms and the common areas alike.

The Arni Sukhumvit 101 is on Soi Punnawithi 21 in the Prakhanong district of eastern Bangkok, off Sukhumvit Road. The streets around the apartment are local, with housing, temples and small neighbourhood shops, a more local setting than the central tourist areas. Sukhumvit Road runs through the district, and the sois that branch from it lead to residential streets.

Punnawithi BTS Station is 650 m away, and Bang Chak BTS Station is about 1 km off, both on the Sukhumvit line into central Bangkok. Wat Dhammongkol, a Buddhist pagoda, is 550 m from the apartment. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 14.7 km away and is the nearest international airport to the apartment, with Don Mueang International Airport further north.

A day could start at Wat Dhammongkol, then take the BTS into the centre for the shopping malls of Siam, one of the busiest shopping districts in Bangkok. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, 13.8 km away, is one of the best-known markets in the city and is a full day out on its own. The old city across the river has The Grand Palace and Wat Pho as its main sights, and both are worth a dedicated day for anyone seeing Bangkok for the first time.
