The 25 Hostel

Accommodation is in shared dormitories with bunk beds: six-bed and eight-bed dormitory rooms, a mixed dormitory with a shared bathroom, and bunk-bed rooms for one guest. Some rooms have air conditioning and a fan.

Some bunk-bed rooms measure 35 m² and sleep one guest, while the dormitory rooms sleep up to two guests.

Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, and the public areas also have Wi-Fi, with a wired internet connection too. Air conditioning is in the public area, and guests can use lockers and luggage storage, which is handy before check-in or after check-out.

For getting around, the hostel has an airport transfer, car hire and a taxi service, and there is bicycle parking. Parking nearby is available as well, so guests who drive can leave their car close to the hostel.

The shared lounge and TV area and a terrace make up the common space, and English, Malay and Thai are spoken at the hostel. The mix of services suits a short stay in the market area of Hat Yai, where the hostel's transport links are the main practical help.

The streets around the hostel are lined with shops, stalls and markets, and the area is lively in the evening. Hat Yai lies in the south of Thailand, close to the Malaysian border, so it works well as a stop on a journey through the region.

The Asean Night Bazaar is 300 m away, a night market of shops and stalls. The Hat Yai Bus Station is 250 m away, and the Hat Yai Railway Station, 1.8 km away, serves trains on the southern line of Thailand. Hat Yai International Airport is 11.8 km away, the nearest airport to the hostel. Further out is the temple Wat Hat Yai Nai.

In the evening, you can walk from the hostel to the Asean Night Bazaar and continue to the Magic Eye 3D Museum, a good stop for photographs, and both are reachable on foot from the hostel, with the bazaar the closer of the two. In the morning, Hat Yai Municipal Park is a green place for a stroll before a visit to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, a Catholic church close by.
