Thalane Palm Paradise Resort

Rooms at Thalane Palm Paradise Resort are double rooms and bungalows, and several of them look out over the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Some rooms have air conditioning, and several include flat-screen TVs, toiletries and towels in the bathroom.

The Standard Double Room measures 30 m², and the Deluxe Bungalow Room is 28 m². The Family Bungalow measures 45 m² and has a garden view with air conditioning. Ban Tha Len is a village on the Krabi coast, and the resort is set among gardens, with the Ao Thalane mangroves and the hills of Ban Khao Thong nearby. It is a setting for travellers who want a garden stay with bays and mangroves close by, and the countryside around it is green.

Kayaking is possible close by, and the Ao Thalane mangrove forest is 1 km away. Ao Nang Beach, the best-known beach area of the Krabi region, is 14.4 km away, and Railay, reached mainly by boat, with its limestone cliffs, is 17.5 km away. The Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), a hillside temple climbed by a long stairway, is another visit in the area, and Krabi International Airport is 26.5 km away, with an airport transfer offered by the resort.

A good day could combine a morning of kayaking through the Ao Thalane mangroves with an afternoon at Ao Nang Beach or a boat trip towards Railay. The Khao Thong Viewpoint, on the hill 3.8 km away, offers a view over the surrounding countryside and the hills of Ban Khao Thong. Boat trips to the islands can be disrupted by rough seas in the rainy months.
