The villa is let as a single property, measuring 97 m² across two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a living room and a terrace.

The villa sleeps up to four guests and has a mountain view and a whirlpool bathtub, with air conditioning, a fan and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, toiletries and towels, and an electric kettle and a hair dryer are also provided.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee or tea facilities, a hot tub and a washing machine, and it includes a work desk. Free parking is available on site. The garden, the sun terrace and the outdoor seating area give the villa space to sit outside.

Rawai is a fishing village at the southern tip of Phuket, a quieter area of hills, small beaches and a working pier, away from the nightlife of Patong. The villa stands on a soi, a side street, rather than on the main beach road, so the surroundings are residential.

Rawai Beach is 400 m from the villa, and Nai Harn Beach is a short distance further on. Big Buddha Phuket stands on the Nakkerd Hills, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) is one of the best-known temples on the island, 8.9 km away. Big Buddha is 6.5 km from the villa.

A good day starts at Promthep Cape, the viewpoint at the southern tip of the island, then continues to Wat Chalong and Big Buddha before a swim at Nai Harn Beach. Rawai Beach, the closest beach to the villa, is a good place to end the day with a walk along the sand, close to the villa and its surroundings. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 38 km from the villa, so the last stretch of the journey is by road. Phuket Town, the island's main town, is a longer drive away and has its old streets of Sino-Portuguese shophouses to explore.
