Teja Hotel

The rooms at Teja Hotel range from one-bedroom units to apartments and suites with two or three bedrooms. Several overlook the city, others have a pool or garden view, and the three-bedroom suite measures 110 m² and sleeps up to seven guests. Several units also have a flat-screen TV and satellite or cable channels.

Sukhumvit is one of the city's main roads, lined with shops, restaurants and hotels, and the side streets have small food stalls and local shops. Both of Bangkok's airports are a taxi ride away, and the skytrain makes it easy to reach other parts of the city without relying on the road.

Nana BTS station is 550 m from the hotel and Asok BTS station is 600 m away; Asok is a busy interchange where skytrain and metro lines meet. Benchakitti Forest Park, a wooded urban park with walking paths, is 450 m away, while Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre with cinemas and an aquarium, is 2.5 km away. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the city's best-known weekend markets, is 7.1 km away.

A good day could begin at Benchakitti Forest Park, continue on the skytrain to the Siam shopping area and end with dinner along Sukhumvit Road. For the old city's temples, including the Grand Palace beside the Chao Phraya River and Wat Arun across the water, plan a separate day, since these sights are best reached by a longer trip across town.
