Accommodation is in villas, and the two largest rooms sleep up to 14 and up to 12 guests. The villas for up to 14 and up to 12 guests each have a whirlpool bathtub and a choice of bed set-ups, while the two family villas sleep up to three.

Patong is one of Phuket's best-known beach towns, with a sandy beach, shops, bars and a lively evening atmosphere. Teetara Villa Patong is about 300 m from Patong Beach, and Kalim Beach, a second sandy beach just north of the centre, is 600 m away. The beach is the main draw for many visitors, with water sports and beach bars along its length, and along the beach road street-food stalls and massage shops keep the area busy into the evening. Patong puts the beach, the evening streets and the shops close together, so the centre of the town is never far from the sand.

Bangla Road, the street known for its bars and nightlife, is 1.5 km away, and the Jungceylon Shopping Center, a large mall, is 1.7 km away. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are other popular stretches of sand further along the coast, and Phuket FantaSea, the cultural theme park with evening shows in Kathu, is 5.7 km away.

A day out can take in the Big Buddha on Nakkerd Hills, a large white statue with views over the island, and Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), one of Phuket's most important Buddhist temples. Both are a trip by road from Patong, so a car or taxi is the practical choice, and the free parking at the property makes driving easy.
