Patong's streets stay busy after dark, and the restaurants and bars along them keep the area lively into the night, and the beach fills the daytime with sunbathing and water sports.

Around the residence, Jungceylon Shopping Center is a large mall with shops and restaurants, and Kalim Beach is a quieter stretch of sand 1 km away. Bangla Road is the street of bars, clubs and live music that keeps Patong busy late into the night. Phuket is linked to the mainland by a bridge, and Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 22.9 km away.

A good day could start with a swim at Patong Beach, followed by a visit to Jungceylon for shopping, and an evening on Bangla Road. Further afield, Freedom Beach is a cove 4.4 km away, and the Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong) and the Big Buddha Phuket statue make a full day out from the beach.
