Tamali Hotel

Tamali Hotel offers standard and deluxe rooms alongside one-bedroom villas and bungalows, each with its own size, sleeping capacity and bed set-up. Several rooms have a lake view, while others have a nature view or a partial lake view. Some of the villas and bungalows sleep up to five guests, so larger parties can stay together in one unit.

Tamali Hotel stands on Benjama-Naphu Road in Na San, in the Phaprom area of Nakhon Si Thammarat, a provincial city in southern Thailand known for its Buddhist temples and for nang talung, the southern tradition of shadow puppetry. The surroundings mix residential streets with temples and museums, and several of the sights below are only a short distance away.

The closest temple is Wat Phra Khian, a pagoda 850 m from the hotel, and Wat Khannaram, another pagoda, is also nearby. A little further, the Wat Phra Mahathat Voramahavihan temple complex, 5.7 km away, is one of the most revered in southern Thailand, and the National Museum, 5.5 km away, shows the history of the province. Suchart Subsin's Shadow Puppet Museum is also in the area and is devoted to nang talung.

A good day could start at the pagoda temples close to the hotel, continue to the National Museum and the Wat Phra Mahathat complex, and end at the Salameechai Fresh Market, where you can see local produce and daily life in the city. For longer journeys, an airport transfer is available, Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport (NST) is 17.4 km away, and Mamuang Song Ton Station is 2.9 km from the hotel.
