Chumphon town, the provincial capital, is the wider setting for the property, and several of the rooms look out over the sea. For travellers arriving by train, the Ban Duat station is 3.4 km away.

The Tham Khao Phlu hot spring is 5.2 km away, a natural outing for a day in the countryside. Free parking is available for guests who travel by car, and the property is on the mainland, so no boat is needed to reach it.
