The rooms at taladnam klonghae resort include the Sala Villa, which has 22 m² of space, a queen bed, a private bathroom and a river view, and a Double Bed room of 20 m². Other rooms are a Double Room with Balcony, a Villa, a House and a room that is assigned on arrival. Each room sleeps up to three guests, except the Sala Villa, which sleeps up to two.

Khlong Hae Floating Market is 250 m from the resort, and Khlong Hae Temple is 500 m away. Kim Yong Market, a long-standing food and goods market in town, is 4.6 km away, and the Hat Yai Floating Market is also close by. The Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai is a further stop for evening food and shopping, and Wat Hat Yai Nai is a temple in the wider town area.

Hat Yai International Airport is 15.4 km from the resort, and an airport transfer is offered. Since the resort has free parking on site, a car is a practical way to reach the Magic Eye 3D Museum and Hat Yai Municipal Park as well as the floating markets. A good day could begin at the floating markets in the morning and end at the Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai in the evening, with the temples and parks fitted in between.
