Takka Hotel - Bearing

The rooms at Takka Hotel - Bearing include a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries and towels, an electric kettle and a hair dryer, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. Some rooms have a city view, and the choice runs from a single bed to a king bed.

The Family Room sleeps up to five guests, and the Single Room is for one guest. Each room has its own size and layout, so the short descriptions below give what is known about every room.

Takka Hotel - Bearing offers luggage storage, daily housekeeping, an ironing service and room service, and it has express and private check-in and check-out. English and Thai are spoken, and guests can use a shared kitchen.

WiFi is available in public areas, and the hotel has a computer and a laptop workspace. Rooms can include a desk, a seating area, a separate dining area, an in-room safe box, blackout curtains and soundproofing, and some rooms have a coffee or tea maker and a mini bar.

The hotel's car park is on site and free of charge, and it is spacious enough for guests who drive to leave their vehicle there while they are in Bangkok.

Bang Na is a district on the Sukhumvit corridor in eastern Bangkok, a mix of residential streets, schools, parks and local markets rather than the tourist streets of the old city. Takka Hotel - Bearing sits on Sukhumvit Road, close to Bearing BTS Station, and the Sukhumvit skytrain line runs from here into the centre of the city, so the BTS is the simplest link to the rest of Bangkok from the hotel's own neighbourhood, and the stations are easy to reach on foot from most of the streets nearby.

Chaloem Phrakiat Park is 950 m away, a public park with open green space. Wat Bang Na Nai, a pagoda, and the Bangkok Local Museum Bang Na District are both nearby, and the museum is a useful stop for the history of the district. Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside shopping and dining complex, is 11.7 km away, and Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is 16.4 km away.

A day here could start at the local museum and the temples in Bang Na, then go on to Asiatique by the river in the evening. Im Park, a theme park 1.3 km away, makes a family day out in the same area. For a larger market day, Chatuchak Weekend Market is 16.5 km away.
