Thian Og Bay is one of the bays of Ko Tao, a small island in the Gulf of Thailand known for diving and snorkelling. The pace here is quieter than in the busier parts of the island, and several rooms look over the water. Most of the sights are a short walk or a short ride away, and the sea is never far from the rooms.
Snorkel beach is the closest beach, 50 m from the resort, and Ao Thian and Freedom Beach are also within a short distance. The John - Suwan Mountain View Point, 400 m away, looks over the bays of Ao Chalok and Ao Thian. Sairee Beach, 3 km away, is one of the island's best-known beaches, with a lively strip of bars and restaurants, and it is a longer trip than a stroll.
