Air conditioning is in every room at Swing By, and internet access is available in the rooms. One of the rooms is a 60 m² suite with two king beds and a sofa bed, and another is a 13 m² room that sleeps up to four guests with the same bed set-up.

Several rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, and one 60 m² room has a full kitchen with a hair dryer and toiletries. A flat-screen TV, towels and linen also feature in several of the rooms.

The property has a kitchen with a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer, and dishes and dining utensils are provided for guests to use. Kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments are available, and coffee or tea is offered in the property.

Rooms can have air conditioning, a TV, linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer, depending on the room. The property also has a washer, a laundromat nearby, keyless access and 24-hour security, and internet access is available to guests.

Swing By stands in the Samran Rat area of Bangkok, close to Chinatown and the edge of the old city, where narrow lanes of shophouses and food stalls lead towards temples and wider roads. Hospitals, convenience stores and cash machines are close by, so the everyday essentials are on the same streets. Bangkok's oldest districts surround it, and Chinatown's food stalls and night lights are nearby.

The Giant Swing, a historic monument, and the Samran Rat Fresh Market are both nearby. Khaosan Road is 1.1 km away, and The Grand Palace is 1.4 km away, while Wat Arun sits across the river. The MRT station Sam Yot is 550 m away, and the sprawling Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in the city, is 7.2 km away.

A good day could start with the temples of the old city, including Wat Thep Thidaram Worawihan and the Grand Palace, before heading to Chinatown for dim sum, roasted duck and mango sticky rice. Wat Traimit, home to a large solid gold Buddha, lies within Chinatown itself, and in the evening the neon lights and street food stalls draw crowds along the streets. Khaosan Road is a lively place to end the day, with its bars, guesthouses and street food.
