Sweet's Escape

The rooms at Sweet's Escape measure between 15 and 23 m² and all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. Bedding ranges from a queen bed and a king bed to two single beds, and one room combines a single bed with a king bed for up to three guests. The Grand Palace, 7.7 km away, and Wat Arun stand in the old city on the Chao Phraya river, where Khaosan Road has guesthouses and street-food stalls. Closer to the hotel, Benjakitti Forest Park has a lake and paths for jogging, and Soi Cowboy, a bar street, is a short walk away.

For a day out, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is a large weekend market in the north of the city, and the Jim Thompson House shows Thai art and silk in a traditional teak house. Don Mueang International Airport is 20.4 km away and Suvarnabhumi Airport is 21.1 km away, both on the outskirts of the city, so the transfer is the longest leg of the journey. Once in the area, the rail network is the easiest way to move around.
