The whole property is one private villa, offered to a single group at a time. It measures 400 m², has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and sleeps up to eight guests. Air conditioning, a private entrance, a full kitchen and a private pool are all part of the villa.

The bedrooms can be set up with a choice of bed set-ups, and the private pool and the full kitchen are for the group's own use. Both the private entrance and the air conditioning are part of the villa itself.

The villa has a full kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator and a stove, along with dishes and dining utensils, and coffee or tea is available. For everyday needs there are a washer, an iron, linens, toiletries, a hair dryer and a closet.

Sweet Luxury Escape Phuket is in Tambon Rawai, a fishing village near the southern end of the island, where small bays and fishing boats line the shore. The pace here is quieter than in Patong, the island's main resort, which is why the area appeals to visitors who want sand, a slower pace and a villa to themselves.

Within a few kilometres are Kata Noi Beach at 2.4 km, Nai Harn Beach at 2.8 km and the Big Buddha Phuket, a large white marble statue on a hilltop, at 3.3 km. Chaithararam Temple, better known as Wat Chalong, is Phuket's most revered Buddhist temple and lies 5.7 km away. The villa is in the Rawai area, so most of the island's beaches and sights are reached by road, and Phuket International Airport is 34.8 km away.

A good day could begin with a swim at Kata Noi Beach, followed by a visit to the Big Buddha and then the temple at Wat Chalong. Back in Rawai, the fish market is a good place to see the local catch, and the Phuket Art Village is a short detour for art lovers. Evenings are best spent back at the villa, where the private pool and the full kitchen let you cook your own dinner.
