Patong Beach, the island's best-known resort beach, is 8.7 km away, and Phuket International Airport (HKT) is 14.4 km from the home. Phuket's roads connect the beaches and the sights on the island, so a car or taxi is the usual way to reach them from Bang Thao. Guests who drive can use the free parking at the home.

A full day could start on Bang Tao Beach, then continue to Big Buddha Phuket, which sits on a hilltop with views over the island's hills and coast.
