Rooms at SureStay by Best Western Bangkok Ramintra run from 35 m² deluxe rooms to 55 m² two-bedroom suites. Several of the deluxe rooms are two-level duplexes with a living room, some rooms overlook the pool, and one has a city view. The suites have two bedrooms and sleep up to six guests.

The streets around it are a mix of shopping centres, golf courses and local shops, and Amorini Mall and the Navatanee Golf Course are both within a couple of kilometres.

Public transport is close: the Outer Ring Road - Ram Inthra MRT Station is 700 m from the hotel and Nopparat MRT Station is 950 m away. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large weekend market with clothing, food and crafts, is 14 km away, and Siam Paragon, a major shopping centre in the Siam area, is 17.3 km away.

For temples and riverside sights, the Grand Palace is 21.5 km away, and Wat Arun, on the Chao Phraya riverbank in the old city, is a little further. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha sits inside the Grand Palace complex, and Wat Phra Chetuphon stands beside it. Khaosan Road, the lively backpacker street in Banglamphu, is further into the old city, so a full day is best for the temples. Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside complex of shops and restaurants, is a good place to finish a day of sightseeing.
