Suphorn Grand Hotel

The rooms at Suphorn Grand Hotel run from 20 m² Superior rooms to a 42 m² King suite with a garden view. There is also a 32 m² Deluxe Room with a park view, and a Room Guest Room that sleeps up to eleven guests. Several rooms have air conditioning, and rooms sleep between two and eleven guests.

Bedding ranges from a King bed in the suite and the Deluxe Room to pairs of single beds in the Superior Twin Rooms. The Superior Classic Room has a balcony or terrace, and the Deluxe Room comes with a minibar, a refrigerator and a TV. Several rooms have a shower, and some also have a hair dryer and toiletries.

A 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security are part of the service, and daily housekeeping means the rooms are cleaned every day.

Suphorn Grand Hotel is in Ang Thong, the provincial town that gives its name to the province in central Thailand. Life here moves at a slower pace than in Bangkok, with markets, temples and small parks spread around the town, away from the big beach resorts. In the evenings the streets are calmer than in the capital, and the hotel is a quiet place to stay for a few nights while you explore the province.

Several sights are close by. The Ubosot, a pagoda, is 850 m from the hotel, and Wat Chantharangsi, a Buddhist temple, is 1.6 km away. The City Pillar Shrine of Ang Thong and the King Chulalongkorn Monument are also nearby. For onward travel, the Ang Thong Bus Station is 2.4 km away, and the Chaloem Phra Kiet Health and Water Park, a green space for an outdoor break, is 3.3 km away.

A day out could start at the Yuwaphan Mueang Thong Agriculture Market, 2.2 km from the hotel, then take in the temples and the King Chulalongkorn Monument, and finish with a walk in the Chaloem Phra Kiet park. Guests who drive will find the on-site parking useful for getting around the town at their own pace.
