Sunya Cottage

Every bungalow at Sunya Cottage has a garden view, air conditioning and a private entrance, and sleeps up to two guests. The bungalows measure 36 to 45 m², and each has a private bathroom with a shower, towels, linens, a fan, an electric kettle and a coffee and tea maker. The room features are the same across the bungalows, while bed arrangements and kitchens differ.

Bed set-ups vary between bungalows, and two of them include a sofa bed. Two bungalow types have a full kitchen with a dining table, so guests can prepare simple meals, while another has a mini bar and a refrigerator.

Close to the hotel, Wat Lamai is a temple in the village area, and the Lamai Night Market fills the evenings with food stalls and local goods. The Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks, known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, lie 2.1 km away and make a striking natural sight. Na Muang Waterfall is 5.4 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large hilltop statue, is 11.4 km away. Wat Lamai and the market are both within 1 km of the hotel.

A full day could begin at the Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks, which are also the nearest of these excursions, and continue to Na Muang Waterfall in the interior of the island, then return to Lamai for the evening market. The hotel's own garden and pool give guests a place to spend the afternoon before or after the excursions.
