Asean Night Bazaar Hatyai is a night market where you can eat and shop in the evening. Further out, Wat Hat Yai Nai and the Phra Maha Chedi Tripob Trimongkol chedi offer a look at the city's Buddhist sites.

Hat Yai International Airport is 13.1 km away, and it is the main air link for the city. For a trip out of the city, Namtok Ton Nga Chang, a waterfall about 29 km from the apartment, is one of the natural sights in the area, while the night bazaar makes a good end to a day of sightseeing.
