Sucasa Guesthouse

Every room at Sucasa Guesthouse has air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, linens and a refrigerator, and all the rooms measure 40 m². The beds range from one double bed for two guests to two double beds and a bunk bed for up to four.

Shared spaces are part of the stay too: the garden, the lounge with its large-screen TV and the salon for massages and beauty treatments. Guests with young children can ask for a baby cot, which is available on request. Each room has its own private bathroom, so guests do not need to share facilities with other guests.

The 24-hour front desk handles currency exchange, ticket services and laundry service, and guests can use the lockers and luggage storage. Tours, bicycle rental and car hire can be arranged, and a taxi service is also available.

Thong Sala is the main town and ferry port of Ko Pha-ngan, with a livelier feel than the quieter beaches elsewhere on the island. Shops and everyday town life are close by, and the sea is about 270 m from the guesthouse. The markets and small shops around the pier make the town a convenient place to stock up before exploring the rest of the island.

Places of interest nearby include the HTMS Phangan 713 Warship Museum, a former naval warship open to visitors, and the Chinese Temple. The Ko Pha-ngan Pier, which is 550 m away, is the ferry terminal for boats to and from other islands. Phantip Market is very close, and the beach at Ao Bang Charu is also nearby.

Salad Beach, 8.2 km away, is a good choice for a longer day at the sea, and a day there gives a good idea of the island beyond the town. The island's coast is a major reason to visit, and the guesthouse's diving and snorkelling offer adds a way to explore it from the water. Because Ko Pha-ngan has no airport, the last part of the trip from Ko Samui is by boat, and Samui Airport is 20 km away.
