The apartment is let as a single studio of 32 m², with air conditioning, a TV with satellite and cable channels, a closet, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels, and its own bathroom. It sleeps up to three guests.

Because the whole property is let as one apartment, guests have all of it to themselves.

Free parking is available, and the building has a gym, a lift and 24-hour security. The facilities also include a balcony or terrace, which adds an outdoor space to the apartment.

Inside the apartment there is air conditioning, a TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and a microwave, so guests can keep food and warm up simple meals. A hair dryer, toiletries, towels, body wash and a closet are also provided, and internet access is available. Guests can use the microwave and refrigerator to store and prepare food.

Studio16@Changwattana is in Pak Kret, a residential district on the northern side of Bangkok, along Thanon Chaeng Watthana. The streets around it mix housing, small parks, temples and local markets, which feels quite different from the busier central districts of the city. Within a few hundred metres there is a hospital and a park, so everyday errands are close at hand and the neighbourhood stays easy to walk around.

Public transport is close: the Chaeng Watthana - Pak Kret 28 MRT Station is 450 m away, and Si Rat MRT Station is also nearby. Don Mueang International Airport is 7.9 km away, closer than Suvarnabhumi Airport, while the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 12.2 km away, a large weekend market for food, clothes and crafts. The Grand Palace is 18.1 km away, in the historic core of the city.

A good day out starts at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, open at weekends, and continues with the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, the temple on the bank of the Chao Phraya river. For a shorter outing closer to home, Wat Phasuk Manichak, a pagoda about 1.2 km away, sits in the local neighbourhood, and the parks nearby, such as Green Park, make a relaxed end to the day.
