Stay Wanglang

The rooms at Stay Wanglang run from bunk beds in a female dormitory and a mixed dormitory, which share bathrooms, to rooms of different sizes: a 15 m² single room, a 22 m² twin room, a 28 m² king room and a 32 m² family room. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The female dormitory, the twin room and the single room look out over the city. Each dormitory room sleeps one guest in a bunk bed. The economy double bed room measures 22 m² and sleeps up to three guests, the king room sleeps two, and the budget single room, at 15 m², sleeps up to two.

Massage and a salon are on site, along with daily housekeeping and a laundry service. The property also has shops, a convenience store, cash withdrawal and a terrace, and private check-in and check-out are offered. Air conditioning is installed in the public areas, and boating is offered as well.

English and Thai are spoken on site, and there is 24-hour security at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, with WiFi in the public areas as well, and paid parking is available for guests who drive. Family rooms are offered, and the family room in particular sleeps up to three guests, so small groups can stay together in one room.

Stay Wanglang is in Bangkok Noi district, on the Chao Phraya river at Wang Lang Market, in the area known as Bangkok Riverside. Ferry piers line the water here, and the streets around the market are lined with local shops and everyday stalls. The Siriraj Hospital complex is a short walk along the bank, and the Old City lies across the river, reachable by boat from the piers.

Wang Lang Market is right next to the property, and the Tha Wang Lang pier is a short distance away for boats across the river. The Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha are 850 m away, Wat Phra Chetuphon, known as Wat Pho and home to a traditional massage school, is 1.3 km away, and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, is 1.4 km away. Bang Khun Non MRT station is 1.6 km from the property for getting around by metro.

Guests who drive can use the paid parking at the property. A good day could start at Wat Arun and the riverside temples, then move on to Wang Lang Market and a traditional massage at Wat Pho. Chatuchak Weekend Market is further away and is best saved for a weekend trip.
