The apartment measures 120 m² and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with air conditioning fitted throughout. Bed arrangements come as a choice of set-ups.

Guest capacity is up to six or seven people. Children aged 2 to 7 can stay free of charge when they use the existing bedding, and infants aged 0 to 1 can stay free on the same basis. Sukhumvit is one of the city's best-known long roads, lined with hotels, shops and street-food stalls, and a convenience store, a cash machine and a pharmacy are all close by. The area works as a base for exploring the city, with the Skytrain close at hand.

The Nana and Asok BTS stations are a few hundred metres away, and the Skytrain runs from both stations to the Siam shopping area. Siam Paragon, a large shopping mall, is 2.6 km away. Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk set in a compound of traditional teak houses, is 3.4 km away, and Benchakitti Forest Park, a wooded park, is 450 m away and makes an easy green break from the city traffic, with the Skytrain close by for the return.

A day could start at Benchakitti Forest Park, continue to Jim Thompson House and Siam Paragon, and finish in the old city with the Grand Palace, 7.2 km away, and Wat Arun, a riverside temple 7.3 km away. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest markets, is a trip across the city for a weekend morning.
