The whole villa is offered as one home of 200 m², with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and room for up to ten guests. It has a City view, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The beds can be arranged in a choice of set-ups. The villa also has a balcony or terrace, a garden or backyard and a private entrance, so the group has outdoor space as well as the rooms inside.

The villa's facilities begin with free parking and a kitchen, equipped with dishes and dining utensils, kitchen basics such as cookware and condiments, and a BBQ grill for cooking outdoors. A washer, an iron, linens and a desk or workspace are available, and coffee or tea is offered.

Inside, the villa has a television with video streaming services and air conditioning. Outdoors, there is a balcony or terrace, a garden or backyard and a private entrance. Families travelling with young children will find a crib or baby cot and a high chair, and the villa has 24-hour security and a doorman. The villa stands on Soi Sukhumvit 26, a side street off Sukhumvit Road, the long avenue that runs through central Bangkok. The neighbourhood mixes residential streets, office towers and local markets, and it is a city setting rather than a beach one.

Phrom Phong BTS station is 850 m away, and the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre MRT station is at a similar distance, so the skytrain and the metro both connect the area with the rest of the city. Benchasiri Park is close by, and Khlong Toei Market, one of the city's large food markets, is nearby as well. Jim Thompson House, 5.2 km away, is a teak house museum that was the home of Jim Thompson, the American silk entrepreneur.

The older side of Bangkok is further away: the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha are both about 8.8 km from the villa, and Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest weekend markets in Asia, is in a similar range. From the riverside, Asiatique - The Riverfront and Wat Arun are a longer trip across town, so the old city makes a full day out from the villa. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 20 km away, so the airport trip is the longest leg of getting here.
