Songpeep House

Songpeep House is a whole-house rental of 390 m² for up to 22 guests. The house is air-conditioned and has a private entrance, a television and a full kitchen, so the whole group can cook and gather in one place.

The house offers a choice of bed set-ups to suit the group size, with linens and toiletries provided, along with a hair dryer, complimentary tea and instant coffee. The kitchen is set up for self-catering, with a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove and a washer.

The house has a balcony or terrace, board games, a desk and workspace, video streaming services and a television, along with keyless access and a buzzer or wireless intercom. Board games and the television give the group something to do together in the evening, and free parking is available for guests who arrive by car.

In the kitchen there are cookware, oils and condiments, coffee or tea, a stove, a microwave and a refrigerator, so the basics are already in the house. The stove and microwave make it simple to cook a full meal for the whole group. A washer and an iron are available for laundry, and the house has a closet for storage. Internet access is available.

Songpeep House stands on Lat Phrao Road in the Chom Phon area of northern Bangkok, a long road lined with shophouses, shopping centres and office towers. It is a practical choice for a stay on the north side of the city, with the rail network close by. Saint John's Church and Union Mall are among the places close to the house, so the immediate area mixes everyday shops with religious sites.

The nearest transit is Ha Yaek Lat Phrao BTS Station, 700 m away, and Phahon Yothin MRT Station is 750 m off, on the Blue Line, so the wider city is reachable by train. Chatuchak Weekend Market, 2.4 km away, is the big weekend market of the area, and Chatuchak Park, 1.2 km away, is a green public space in the same part of town.

For a day out, combine the weekend market with a visit to the Children's Discovery Museum, nearby in the same part of the city, and the trains make a family day out simple to plan. The Grand Palace, 10.7 km away, and Wat Arun, on the bank of the Chao Phraya river, are a longer trip, best planned as a half-day in the old town.
