Smart Mansion's rooms range from a standard room with a king bed to a family suite that sleeps up to four guests. The Standard Room and the 2 Bedroom both have a shower, bathrobes and a flat-screen TV, and the 2 Bedroom has two double beds and air conditioning.

The Standard Apartment has air conditioning, the Standard Room 1 Double Bed sleeps up to three guests, and the Triple Room (No Window) sleeps up to four.

Smart Mansion has a garden, a fitness centre, and massage and salon services, along with shops and a shuttle service. The front desk is open 24 hours, an elevator serves the building, and express check-in and check-out are available. Safety deposit boxes are provided for valuables.

For laundry, the hotel offers dry cleaning, ironing and laundry services. For meals, there is a restaurant, a bar, room service and a vending machine. Staff speak English and Thai.

It is a practical choice for travellers who want to stay out of the busiest areas while keeping the city reachable by road. Much of the area is residential, so the feel is more local than in the tourist districts.

Wat Bamphen Nuea, a pagoda, is a short walk away, and the Kwan-Riam Floating Market is 500 m from the hotel. Floating markets are a good way to start a morning in this part of Bangkok, with boats and stalls along the water. For trains, Setthabutbamphen MRT Station is 2 km away, and Water World, a water park, is also in the area. The rail link gives a quick way into the city centre from the surrounding neighbourhood.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is 12.4 km away, and the hotel offers an airport transfer.
